2.2 No Guarantee of Outcome

Approval, rejection, delay, or modification of any application or license is solely at the discretion of the respective Government Authority.
We do not guarantee approvals, timelines, or outcomes under any circumstances.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

All information and documents provided by you must be true, complete, accurate, and valid.
BusinessBabu.in shall not be responsible for rejections, penalties, notices, or legal consequences arising due to incorrect, false, or misleading information supplied by the client.

3.2 Lawful Purpose

3.3 Timely Cooperation

Delays in providing documents, OTPs, approvals, digital signatures, or clarifications may lead to rejection, penalties, or additional costs imposed by authorities, for which BusinessBabu.in shall not be liable.

4. Payment Terms & Fees

4.1 Fee Structure

Our charges may include:

  • Professional / Consultancy Fees
  • Government Fees / Challans / Statutory Payments

These are separate and distinct components.

4.2 Advance Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, 100% payment is required in advance before commencement of work.

4.3 Change in Government Fees

Any increase in government fees, taxes, or statutory charges after quotation but before filing shall be borne by the client.

4.4 Cancellation & Refunds

All matters relating to cancellation, refunds, professional fee adjustments, non-approval scenarios, and chargebacks shall be governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

5.1 Service Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Government portal downtime
  • Server or technical issues
  • Bureaucratic processing timelines
  • Third-party system failures

5.2 Regulatory Changes

We shall not be responsible for losses arising from changes in laws, notifications, circulars, or policies issued by DGFT, Customs, GST, MCA, or any other authority after service delivery.

5.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall BusinessBabu.in’s total liability exceed the professional fee paid for the specific service in dispute.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BusinessBabu.in, including logos, text, graphics, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of the Company and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
