This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all services provided by BusinessBabu.in (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through the website www.businessbabu.in or via direct engagement (online, WhatsApp, email, or phone).
By making any payment to us, the client agrees to this Policy.
1. Nature of Services
BusinessBabu.in provides professional consultancy and facilitation services related to business registrations, government approvals, import–export documentation, taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
Our services involve time, expertise, documentation, and interaction with government portals, and therefore are not treated as instant or automated digital products.
2. Cancellation by Client
2.1 Cancellation Before Initiation of Work
If the client requests cancellation before any work has been initiated, a full refund of the professional fee shall be issued.
- Refund timeline: Within 2 working days
- Mode of refund: Same mode as payment, unless otherwise agreed
“Initiation of work” includes internal allocation, drafting, consultation, portal login, document review, or application preparation.
2.2 Cancellation After Initiation of Work
If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the following shall apply:
- A reasonable processing / professional fee will be deducted to cover work already performed
- The balance amount, if any, will be refunded
- The extent of work completed will be assessed internally by BusinessBabu.in
Refunds in such cases are not automatic and depend on the stage of work.
3. Government Fees & Statutory Payments
- Government fees, challans, statutory charges, or portal payments once paid are strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances
- This applies even if:
- The application is rejected
- The client later withdraws
- The government authority delays or changes policy
BusinessBabu.in has no control over government refund mechanisms.
4. Rejection or Non-Approval of Application
4.1 No Guarantee of Approval
All approvals are at the sole discretion of the respective Government Authority.
Rejection or delay does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
4.2 Professional Fee Adjustment (Discretionary)
If an application is not approved despite correct filing and compliance, and the reason is not attributable to client error, we may, at our discretion:
- Offer a partial discount or adjustment in professional fees, or
- Assist with rectification / re-submission (if legally permissible)
Government fees remain unchanged and non-refundable in all cases.
5. No Refund Scenarios
No refund shall be applicable if rejection, delay, or failure occurs due to:
- Incorrect, false, or incomplete information provided by the client
- Non-submission or delayed submission of documents
- Failure to share OTPs, signatures, or approvals on time
- Change in client’s decision, business plan, or scope after work initiation
- Non-responsiveness or prolonged silence from the client
- Legal ineligibility discovered during the process
6. Partial Services & Scope Changes
If the client opts to discontinue midway or requests a change in scope:
- Charges shall be adjusted based on work completed
- Previously completed services remain payable
- Refunds, if any, will be calculated accordingly
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent account restriction
- Legal recovery proceedings, if applicable
Clients are encouraged to resolve concerns amicably by contacting our support team.
8. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within:
- 2 working days (before work initiation)
- 5–7 working days (post work initiation, if applicable)
Bank or gateway delays are beyond our control.
9. Policy Amendments
BusinessBabu.in reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version applicable shall be the one in force on the date of payment.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Exclusive Jurisdiction:
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh only.
